Moroccan Dinner for 8-10
Renowned Moroccan chef, Tiazza Rose, grew up in the Berber villages of southern Morocco before she moved to Casablanca. As the second oldest of ten children, Tiazza started cooking at a young age to help her mother, and eventually took over the task of cooking meals for her family. A personal trainer, fitness instructor, belly dance teacher and sports nutritionist, she has gained a well-deserved reputation for her Moroccan cooking classes as well as scrumptious feasts. Spend the evening with 8-10 of your favorite guests and enjoy the mysterious flavors of exotic Africa, a signature cocktail and wine pairings. And for the truly adventurous, Tiazza will welcome you as her sous chef(s)!

Washington, DC Weekend Adventure
Your weekend in the Nation’s Capital includes two nights for two at the exclusive Cosmos Club on Embassy Row in the DuPont Circle neighborhood. Your Ashland hosts, Dan Decena and Morgan Sammons, who have lived in the Washington,D.C. area for 25 years, will also treat you to a gourmet meal at their second home in the historic art-deco Kennedy Warren apartments in Cleveland Park. The Kennedy Warren has been the home to such Washington notables as Harry and Bess Truman and Lyndon and Lady Bird Johnson. In addition, you will be treated to a pass for two at the fabulous Phillips Collection, America’s first museum of modern and contemporary art established in 1921. Finally, Dan and/or Morgan will provide a guided tour of both the Cosmos Club and the Kennedy Warren and a list of not-to-miss sights and restaurants in the Capital area. Dates by mutual agreement. Bravo Outings presents: A Taste of The Rogue Valley – Enjoy a custom wine tasting tour followed by a private dinner for 8 showcasing the best of the Rogue Valley. Your afternoon will begin by visiting wineries and tasting the finest wines produced in southern Oregon. Also included will be visits to both the Rogue Creamery and Lille Belle Farms Chocolates. Conclude the day with a catered dinner by James Daw, chef/owner of Bacchanal, specializing in private catering and on-premise personal chef services. Wine Connoisseur’s Private Collection
Indulge in a rare 5-liter etched bottle of Abacela 1999 Syrah from Oregon’s Umpqua Valley. This beautiful bottle, from the private cellar of Michael Donovan, is perfect for entertaining a large group or dinner party. Enjoy the abundant aromas of red and black fruit with hints of earthy spice lifted by flavors of plum and raspberry, and complemented by savory oak. A lively acidity makes it a wonderful accompaniment to a variety of foods. This Syrah is well structured and complex, and has a long finish.
Also included in this wine lovers delight is a trio of Bordeaux ready for your enjoyment:
1996 Baronne Philippe de Rothschild Chateau Clerc Milon from Pauillac, France. This deep red opens with an intense nose of black cherry, redcurrant and flowers. It becomes more complex with airing, revealing a succession of notes of graphite, cold smoke and a touch of licorice. Refined and elegant, it’s beautifully balanced between brisk and refreshing acidity, a succulent reminder of wild berry fruit and solid though not boisterous tannins. A very full length on the palate, distinguished by a hint of bitter chocolate, it is at its peak with the ability to continue for several more years.
1998 Château Sanctus, Saint-Émilion Grand Cru, France. A lovely, old-fashioned Saint-Émilion, fully mature, leathery and earthy, with a note of limestone.
1996 Château La Gaffelière, Saint-Émilion Grand Cru, France. Full-bodied, rich and spicy, this grand cru was made from one of the garagistes of Saint-Émilion, known for their concentration of production within tiny “garage-sized” lots and for their singular flavors.

Dinner with the Dean at SOU’s Hannon Library

A book truck laden with regional wine and hors d’oeuvres will accompany your group on a private tour of the Library’s major art collections, featuring a cuneiform, hieroglyphic tablets, an eight-foot Coptic scroll and medieval manuscripts; the digitizing projects lab and the Digital Media Gallery; Special Collections and Archives, including Shakespeare’s 2nd folio published in 1632 and his 4th folio published in 1685, and other areas upon request. Following the tour, guests will savor a gourmet meal on the third floor of the Library with spectacular views of the Valley. The package will also include two tickets to each of the five productions presented by the Oregon Center fort he Arts at Southern Oregon University’s Theatre Arts Program for the 2014-2015 season. Elaine and Dick Sweet Dinner
A private gourmet dinner with wines for 8 can be yours from the renowned kitchen of Elaine and Dick Sweet. The meal will be cooked and served by the Sweets for you and your favorite guests. The date and menu will be determined by mutual agreement. Dick and Elaine have a cook’s kitchen and often donate wonderful dinners to local non-profits. This is the first time that they are providing a dinner to AIFF. It’s sure to be a memorable event.
International Gourmet Dinner
The palates of eight lucky people are sure to be tantalized by this four-course, international dinner in a lovely West Valley (Central Point) home. Cuisines from Spain, Italy, France, and Germany will be paired with the perfect wine for each course. Calleen Tinonga (retired owner of On Occasion Catering, Bay Area) with her sous chefs Pam Leandro Notch, Ulla Nash, and sommelier, Doug Nash will host and prepare this sumptuous meal. To ensure the ultimate dining experience, guests will be served on the deck of Calleen’s home with a view of the valley below. Date by mutual agreement, 30-day advance notice valid through October 2015.
